Supreme Court Refuses to Hear Appeal of Hells Angels Nomad Mom Boucher

November 24th, 2006 · No Comments

On November 23, 2006 Hells Angels Nomad Maurice (Mom) Boucher lost his last chance to appeal his convictions for the murder of two prison guards in 1997. Boucher’s lawyer was seeking a new trial for Boucher who is now serving three life sentences for murder and attempted murder.

The Quebec Court of Appeal upheld the convictions against Boucher for ordering gang underlings to murder provincial prison guards. The Supreme Court gave no reasons for refusing to hear the case.
